She has worked with healthcare organizations nationwide developing and managing patient satisfaction and has developed loyalty programs for organizations in consumer and business-to-business markets. Debra has an MBA and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an adjunct faculty member in the Marketing Department in the College of Business Administration.
